Terms and Conditions for Online Payment of School Fees at Cradles Learning Centre Welcome to the online payment with Cradles Learning Centre. By using this service to pay your school fees, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transactions.

  1. Payment Methods: We accept payments through Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and other online payment gateways as specified on our payment portal. All transactions are processed in the Eastern Caribbean Dollars.

  2. Payment Schedule: Parents or guardians are required to make payments according to the school’s established fee schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in our Fee Policy.

  3. Security: Cradles Learning Centre ensures that all transactions made through our online payment system are secure. We use encryption technologies to safeguard your personal and payment information.

  4. Transaction Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email. Please keep this receipt for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our office immediately.
