Field Trips Permission

Throughout the school year, the management of The Centre organizes occasional field trips, during which your child will leave the school grounds. For these outings, your permission is required.

I understand that these photos may be utilized for class projects, displays, presentations, etc. I will be notified in advance if any photos are to be published in the media, and separate consent will be obtained at that time.

School Fees

As a parent/guardian, I agree to pay the Cradles Learning Centre fees according to one of the following schedules: either weekly on Mondays, or monthly on the first Monday of each month.

Terms of Application

Upon acceptance to Cradles Learning Centre, I understand that fees are due and payable, irrespective of my child's attendance at the school.

I understand that fees for Cradles Learning Centre are due and payable on the first Monday of my selected payment schedule. I acknowledge that if my child is absent from Cradles Learning Centre for any reason, including illness, travel, or other circumstances, the fees remain due and payable.

I also acknowledge that a late fee of $25.00 will be applied if children are picked up from school after 4:30 PM.
